Interface has a complex mix of audiences ranging from designers and architects to dealers and distributors to purchasing professionals in healthcare, government, and other key verticals.
While each of these audiences is unique, we knew the buying habits of each were increasingly shifting towards a more digital-first / self-service approach to engaging with a brand. We needed to reach our audiences across channels with a holistic approach that supported the core brand pillars by educating and inspiring those with design purchasing power to understand why Interface was the best fit for their project.
Solving the Problem
To help support Interface in transforming its digital efforts, we overhauled their campaigns across channels:
- Paid Media: Paid search campaigns were overhauled entirely and re-engineered to focus on driving upper-funnel interest and capturing lower-funnel demand globally. Paid social and programmatic advertising was focused on inspiring and educating core audiences to help build upper-funnel interest and awareness.
- Social Media: Social media took a strategic approach that elevated the creative while showcasing the product with photos of beautiful installations from our design partners.
- Search Engine Optimization: We removed technical hurdles and expanded Interface's organic footprint to drive additional traffic across its global footprint.
- Creative: Design-led campaign creative supported each core product launch with additional elements such as custom videos and animations for in-person activations.
Decades of Sustainability
Nebo emphasized Interface's dedication to sustainability throughout its 50 years by creating an interactive timeline video pinpointing critical moments in the journey such as achieving Mission Zero, and going carbon neutral.
Bringing the Past Forward
Past Forward is a modern flooring collection inspired by 50 years of iconic design. Nebo supported the launch of this innovative product across channels.
Celebrating Industy Recognition
Time magazine named Interface one of their 100 most influential companies in 2023. Nebo helped celebrate this milestone with social-first creative to recognize the achievement.
