Thomas Recognized Among Industry’s Biggest Brands and PR Professionals by PR News at its Top Women in PR Event in New York
ATLANTA (Jan. 26, 2016) – Jenna Thomas, Senior Director of Public Relations and Social Media Marketing at Nebo, was recently honored as one of PR News’ Top Women in PR for the second consecutive year. The annual program salutes the most talented women in PR and recognizes their innovations as leaders in their industry.
Thomas began her career at Nebo as the Director of Public Relations and has elevated the Public Relations and Social Media department during her tenure to the powerhouse it is today. She has implemented innovative processes that redefine PR in a digital world and has provided leadership to a growing PR team. Thomas now oversees the strategic development and execution of all PR accounts at Nebo, including the notable Choose ATL campaign, a movement to brand the city of Atlanta as the ideal place to live, work and raise a family. Under her leadership, the campaign has transformed the perception of the city both locally and nationally.

Those recognized on the list gathered at a luncheon today in New York City to celebrate in their accomplishments and share opinions on upcoming trends for the industry. The luncheon featured Judy Robinett, author of “How To Be a Power Connector: the 5+50+150 Rule,” as the keynote speaker and included honorees from large agencies such as Weber Shandwick and Porter Novelli as well as from in-house teams including ESPN and Bank of America.
