Human-Centered Atlanta Agency Continues to Strengthen UX Department

ATLANTA (April 5, 2016) – Nebo, a human-centered agency headquartered in Atlanta, recently announced the promotion of Cael Olsen to director of user experience.

Nebo has a deep history and passion for integrating UX best practices into all of its services. The agency’s process starts by understanding the user – including their needs, wants and aspirations. The team uses both quantitative and qualitative research to glean insights that inspire, educate and help empower the user. With these insights and strategies, the agency crafts experiences that help users accomplish their goals.

Olsen joined the agency in 2015 as a UX Architect and quickly proved that both his approach and expertise were a perfect match for Nebo’s vision for the User Experience department. He is a University of Georgia graduate with degrees in both psychology and sociology, and has since applied these principles to understanding the relationship between people and technology by pursuing a career in UX.
