Conversion Experience Optimization Team Lead

We’re looking for a passionate team lead with experience in Conversion Experience Optimization (CXO / CRO) to work alongside our User Experience (UX) team and make our clients’ digital presence even more amazing and user friendly.

Conversion Team Lead Job Description

  • Lead the Conversion Experience Optimization team, including managing, educating, and guiding the team and department to continued success

  • Develop and execute CXO / CRO strategies with the goal of increasing conversion rates and revenue for clients

  • Work to improve Nebo’s optimization processes, tools, and strategies to increase efficiencies and results

  • Effectively collaborate with other Nebo teams, including UX, Intelligence (Research & Analytics), Content, Design, and Development

  • Develop hypotheses, testing briefs, and reports for A/B tests

  • Attend client calls/meetings when CXO work is being presented or discussed

  • Participate in Nebo Leadership Team meetings and initiatives, including developing goals and projections for the CXO team 

Conversion Team Lead Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 2–5 years experience (UX / CRO / CXO / etc.)

  • Data-driven with a deep understanding of statistics

  • Experience with Google Content Experiments, Optimizely, and/or other testing platforms

  • Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and other digital analytics solutions

  • Ability to merge disparate sources of data and research, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate these into CXO/CRO strategies and prioritized testing plans

  • Ability to pull learnings and insights from completed tests — even failed or inconclusive tests — for future usage

  • Ability to implement and fix tracking code installations and tag management solutions

  • Strong client communication skills

  • Upbeat attitude, self-driven, and motivated to work in a results-oriented environment

  • Experience in HTML, CSS, Javascript, and/or JQuery is a plus

  • Experience with UX is a plus
